Leaving behind the intense work rhythm and daily trifles, on November 16th, 2024, IVY Metering held its much-anticipated combined Q3 and Q4 birthday team-building event! We chose the picturesque Sunset Orange Sea Campground in Hangzhou, a veritable paradise away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where we spent a memorable and fulfilling day. Sunshine, laughter, delicious food, music… all these wonderful elements intertwined to create a vibrant and heartwarming scene. Let's look back on this exciting team-building journey!
Part1 Birthday Stars Shine Bright, Blessings Overflow, Celebrating Sweet Moments!
The first part of the team-building event was, of course, dedicated to sending our sincerest birthday wishes to our birthday stars of the month! With his unique humor and engaging style, our host Caleb grandly introduced each birthday star. The scene erupted in warm applause and cheers, with blessings echoing all around. Surrounded by their colleagues, the birthday stars cut the birthday cake, symbolizing sweetness and hope. The delicious cake, sweet smiles, and warm atmosphere all contributed to this beautiful and unforgettable birthday celebration. Radiant smiles were captured in this precious moment, infecting everyone present and filling the entire team with an atmosphere of love.
Part2 Fun and Games, Teamwork Shines!
Next, the exciting game session officially began! " Find the Birthday Star" tested the team members' tacit understanding and reactions. The birthday stars shouted with all their might, striving to let their teammates hear their position and accurately get a piece of cake. "Hot Potato" instantly ignited everyone's enthusiasm, filling the air with laughter and screams as the "potato" was passed around, creating suspense and excitement. Chasing and being chased, the fun was endless, and everyone's face beamed with joy. Through these games, everyone not only released stress but also deepened their understanding of each other, fully demonstrating the spirit of teamwork.
Part3 BBQ Feast, A Culinary Carnival, Sharing Delicious Moments!
As the sun began to set, casting a golden glow across the land, the air was filled with the tempting aroma of barbecue. The meticulously prepared BBQ feast officially commenced! Tender and juicy grilled meats, a variety of fresh vegetables, sizzling grilled shrimp… a dazzling array of delicacies made everyone's mouths water. Gathered around the barbecue grills, everyone skillfully flipped skewers, savored the delicious food, and chatted about life and work, sharing their joys and insights.
